Starting January 2015, 21 Fannie Mae messages, that were previously warnings, will become hard stops. These new hard stops will lead to an unsuccessful UCDP submission. These messages will require action in order to receive a “successful” submission status in the UCDP.

In addition, this December, numerous other Fannie Mae messages which were once implemented will retire. This will allow focus on Eligibility and Compliance messages to better align with Appraisal policy.

As part of the residential review process, Valuation Management Group will upload to the UCDP portal for their customers that have requested VMG to handle the upload. As part of our appraisal management/review services, VMG will have the appraiser address any Appraisal Findings.

Valuation Management Group is a national, full service appraisal management company that manages the appraisal process for community banks, mortgage bankers and credit unions. We take the process from ordinary to extraordinary.
