The suggestion program was created to provide every employee the opportunity to share his or her ideas about how we can make VMG function better. Although it is best to put your contact information, anonymous suggestions may be submitted and will be considered. If you do include your contact information, you will receive a response regarding the status of the suggestion. All suggestions will be read at the weekly Manager’s meeting. Please try to explain issue or problem your are suggesting to resolve and how it will improve or benefit etc….
The program was not intended to deal with employee grievances or workplace concerns as those items should be submitted through the normal channels for such matters.
